Pay Range: $100,000/year

Schedule: Monday-Friday 40 hrs

Location: Foxboro, MA

What You’ll Do:  As a Nurse Educator, you’ll empower individuals with disabilities to achieve independence through compassionate care and advocacy.   The Nurse Educator is a member of the Health Care Services leadership team responsible for identifying, designing, implementing and updating the training curriculum using simulated clinical lab and competencies to ensure high quality care for the person served by the agency.  The Nurse Educator reports to the Senior Director of Health Care Services. They will serve as liaison between the Learning and Development Department and Health Care Services. The Nurse Educator will also serve as lead instructor of the Department of Public Medication Administration Program (MAP) and other identified trainings.  


What You Bring: 

  • Required: Active RNN license in MA, driver’s license, and reliable car.
  • Preferred: Active RN license in MA, driver's license, and reliable car.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years nursing experience, 2 years with individuals with disabilities.
  • Skills: Clear communication, computer literacy, and teamwork.
  • Language: Must be fluent in English, Multilingual a bonus!
