Position Summary:
Manager provides clinical supervision and licensing supervision to Outpatient Behavioral Health staff and interns. Manager will be responsible for managing OBH productivity and deliverables and will be expected to carry a small caseload providing 10 therapy sessions weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and licensing supervision to outpatient behavioral health staff and interns
- Plan and co-facilitate Behavioral Health Clinical meetings and trainings with Director of Behavioral Health
- Ensure that the program’s documentation and services provided meet model regulatory requirements
- Review and approve OBH progress notes, treatment plans, assessments, etc. in Evolv at least weekly
- Participate in community provider collaborative meetings
- Maintain small OBH client caseload and provide 10 client sessions per week
- Oversee and maintain OBH program productivity, deliverables/outcomes and ensure licensing compliance
Qualifications:
- Education:MSW is required
- LCSW licensure in state of CT
- Experience:
- 3 years or more of clinical experience
- 2 years or more of clinical supervisor experience
Must have awareness of the cultural and socioeconomic characteristics of clients served
Familiarity with DBT, CBT or other evidence-based practices
Must be able to work with diverse populations
SIFI Certified
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for regional and statewide travel
- Bilingual English/Spanish (not required but desirable)
