• Visit patients in their homes across different parts of Kentucky

• Complete Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and Well-Child Visits

• Focus on keeping people healthy—not just treating illness

• Build strong, meaningful relationships with patients

What You Need

• 1+ year of experience as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or similar)

• At least 6 months in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine

• Familiarity with Medicare Wellness Visits and Well-Child Checks

• Willingness to travel statewide, starting in Kentucky

• Bonus: Home health experience is a plus!
