Machine Operator - Rotary Die Cutter at Green Bay Packaging Inc.

Responsibilities

• Manually set up press, print, score, and slot accurately in accordance with proper operating techniques.
• Inspect all dies before and after a run to ensure any necessary repairs are made before the next run.
• Ensure all bolts for the slotting knives are in place and tightly secured.
• Monitor box quality including, but not limited to, loose liner, warp, correct size, and print.
• Become efficient in all aspects of the machine – pre-feeder, DRO, bundle breaker, load former.
• Ink management skills/color adjustment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma/GED required.
• The ability to multi-task and keep up with the pace of production while maintaining excellent quality and quantity.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Mathematical and problem-solving ability.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours and overtime as required.
