What You’ll Be Doing
As our Enhancement Manager, you’ll act as a field superintendent overseeing commercial landscape construction projects from start to finish—ensuring each job is delivered on time, on budget, and up to Russell’s high standards.

Manage and coordinate multiple trades: hardscape, softscape, grading, drainage, lighting, concrete, and irrigation
Supervise multiple in-house enhancement crews and oversee subcontractors for quality, safety, and production
Monitor job progress, track costs, manage materials, and adjust schedules to meet project milestones
Attend jobsite meetings and serve as the main point of contact with General Contractors (GCs), vendors, and clients
Collaborate with Branch and Irrigation Managers to ensure efficient scheduling and resource allocation
Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, compliant, and professional jobsite
What You Bring to the Table
5+ years of experience in commercial landscape construction, including leadership over multi-trade job sites
Strong ability to read and execute from blueprints and construction documentation
In-depth knowledge of landscape construction methods, including hardscape installation, planting, concrete work, and drainage
Proven success managing subcontractors, field teams, production schedules, and safety protocols
Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with GCs and high-level commercial clients
Strong organizational skills and proficiency with jobsite reporting tools
A valid driver’s license, a clean motor vehicle record (MVR), and eligibility to work lawfully in the United States
OSHA certification (required) and bilingual ability (English/Spanish) are a plus
Why Russell?
Competitive salary and performance-based bonus potential
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
401(k) with employer match
