THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
- Love to get their hands dirty, be known as a “gearhead”,
- Be able to prioritize and complete tasks to meet assigned deadlines,
- Be a self-starter, able to complete tasks using their knowledge and skill,
- Work as part of a team with other assemblers, electricians and engineers to meet build requirements
THE PIPEFITTER / MACHINE BUILDER WILL:
- Review hydraulic and pneumatic blueprints for assemblies.
- Be responsible for the layout and installation of all hydraulic and pneumatic components
- Mount valves, regulators, flow controls and all devices needed per print
- Own any fabrication work or welding needed for job completion
- Install all lubrication systems
- Manufacture, fit and assemble a variety of machines, assemblies, and sub-assemblies per specifications and tolerances determined by engineering drawings.
- Break down machines for shipping
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma
- 3-5 years assembling industrial machinery
- Ability to read blueprints
- Own tools needed for assembly
- Welding experience
- Hilo experience.
