Are you a strategic and outcome-driven Project Manager ready to lead impactful initiatives? Trissential is hiring a Project Manager to join our client’s team in St. Paul, MN. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead high-visibility projects, including the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance across multiple IT projects
• Define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders
• Create clear and attainable project objectives and requirements
• Manage constraints of cost, time, and scope while maintaining quality
• Establish project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
• Identify and manage dependencies and critical paths
• Communicate project plans, updates, and progress clearly and effectively
• Direct and manage project development from initiation to closure
• Lead knowledge transfer and ensure continuity across teams
• Manage multiple smaller projects concurrently

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management
• PMP Certified
• Proven leadership ability and strategic thinking
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Two (2) engagements lasting more than six months in an IT Project Manager role

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
• Familiarity with government or enterprise-level project environments

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• PMP certification required
