We’re seeking a Wholesale Account Coordinator focused exclusively on Walmart, our largest national retail partner. As a Wholesale Account Coordinator you will involve maintaining strong relationships with partners, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, and troubleshooting any challenges that arise, all while collaborating closely with internal teams to meet business objectives.
This role involves collaborating across multiple teams, managing complex logistics, and driving process improvements that will shape future success for this key account.
Let’s Talk About The Role
You will be a vital point of contact for our wholesale accounts, responsible for tracking the lifecycle of accounts—from order entry to final delivery and supporting RTIC National Account Managers. You will also serve as the first point of contact for the team regarding operational activities. In this role, you will engage and manage relationships with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth orderbook management, with a strong focus on optimizing conversion.
How You Will Make a Difference
Serve as the primary operational contact for Walmart and owning all backend execution.
Track the lifecycle of orders from entry to final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Manage new items and customer setup within Walmart specific systems and portals.
Partner with National Account Manager and VP of Sales to support account growth and resolve order-related issues quickly and efficiently.
Compile and analyze orderbook reports specific to Walmart and Target performance, identifying trends and opportunities.
You will participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders and manage ongoing email communication.
You will follow the end-to-end order-to-shipment process, collaborating with our DC (Distribution Center) to ensure timely shipping.
You will work closely with operations and planning to track shortages and delays, communicating updates to the customer as needed to maintain a clean orderbook.
What You’ll Be Doing Every Day…
Wholesale Setup (Walmart):
Navigate Walmart Retail Link to manage new item setup, item maintenance, and PO changes.
Troubleshoot EDI challenges specific to Walmart with internal teams.
Maintain and update pricing files and line sheets in coordination with the Walmart team.
Fulfillment Support (Walmart):
Monitor item launches and weekly shipments, flagging risks in the supply chain and addressing any DC or routing issues proactively.
Run and analyze shipment reports, chargebacks, and scorecard metrics from Walmart platform.
Communicate with planning and logistics to address shortages, delays, or delivery non-compliance.
What You’ll Need…
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
3+ years of wholesale/retail operations experience, preferably with direct exposure to Walmart..
Hands-on experience using Walmart Retail Link is highly preferred.
Strong working knowledge of EDI processes, supply chain logistics, and retail compliance.
Advanced Excel skills; comfort with data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
Self-starter with strong follow-through, ownership mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with experience managing chargebacks, PO flows, and item setup.
Familiarity with retail launch calendars and compliance scorecards is a plus.
Proficient in computer skills, with a strong command of relevant technology platforms.
Ability to balance responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle complexity and structure workflows.
Effective communicator with strong follow-through and a commitment to ownership.
Self-driven with excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multitask.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $55,000 - $70,000.00. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
