Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and standards set by the Executive Chef
• Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and storage containers
• Work multiple stations and assist team members as needed
• Ensure food is cooked to proper temperature and presentation standards
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, professional appearance
• Lift and move up to 25 lbs; stand, walk, or sit for extended periods

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Food Safety Certification required (e.g., SafeStaff or ServSafe)
• Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques
• Ability to work quickly and consistently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills
