If so, Glenholme Birchwood Lodge in Lincoln would like to hear from you. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Team Leader to help shape the future of high-quality care for individuals with complex needs and learning disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of support workers, ensuring consistent delivery of person-centred care

• Develop and maintain individualised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals

• Oversee the quality and safety of care, identifying areas for improvement

• Build meaningful relationships with tenants, families, and external partners

• Provide hands-on care including medication administration, meal preparation, and personal support

• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements:

• Experience in a leadership role within the care sector, preferably with individuals with learning disabilities

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills

• Compassionate and empathetic approach

• Knowledge of CQC standards and relevant health and social care legislation

• Knowledge and understanding of Positive Behavior Support

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

• A genuine commitment to improving the lives of individuals with complex needs
