This role will be focused on our WorldFirst business line, an international payments business helping move money around the world - we became part of Ant International in 2019, accelerating our mission to create the world’s best platform for international trade by combining WorldFirst’s products with Ant’s solutions aimed at enabling the digitalization of the modern services industry globally.
The role:
We are looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to join the WorldFirst business. This role will be critical in helping to define and deliver the next step in our growth by building our ecosystem of partners and helping our thousands of SMBs grow and manage their businesses.

What you will be doing:
Identify, build and managestrategic ecosystem partnerships, including: platforms, marketplaces and e-commerce enablers.
Own and grow key partner relationships- nurturing long-term, high-value collaborations that drive mutual business growth.
Collaboration cross-functionallyacross commercial, product, legal, compliance and operations to deliver on partnership goals.
Drive the executionof new partnership initiatives from initial outreach through to commercial negotiation and onboarding.
Act as a UK ambassadorby representing WorldFirst at industry events and with senior external stakeholders to build awareness and credibility.
What we are looking for someone who has:
5+ years of experience in Partnerships with a background in either e-commerce or payments.
Strong understanding of ecosystem-driven growth with a track record of building and scaling partnerships with marketplaces, platforms and technology providers.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to engage confidently with internal teams and external partners, including at the executive level.
Commercial acumen i.e. able to evaluate partnership value, structure win-win deals, and deliver measurable impact.
A proactive, adaptable mindset - you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving complex challenges collaboratively.
