What you will be doing:
Working within the Client Engagement (CE) team this role will focus on creating client facing value add reports based on analysis of client data to support client engagement and product adoption, focused engagement with a number of key participants to deepen usage within certain products, alongside supporting our data product as required.
- Key data analyst supporting Client Engagement. Skilled at handling and analyzing large datasets. Proactively creating analysis and providing insights and practical useable outputs for market and client engagement to support the CGO and Client managers with key CE and market initiatives.
- Responsible for the creation, and input into, the quarterly strategic decks utilized by the CGO and regional Heads with key stakeholders at our members.
- Responsible for enhancing the CLSNet post go live bilateral runbook and managing day to day bilateral onboarding process across all new and existing participants including weekly client engagement with each relevant participant in conjunction with relevant client managers (as applicable) to broaden usage. Progress tracking and reporting.
- This role will also support and provide back up coverage for data product personnel
- Building relationships with day to day contacts at CLSNet participants (in conjunction with Client manager as appropriate). Advise and update on additional functionality and enhancements and ensure successful utilization of full capabilities for CLSNet across participants to drive enhanced revenue from existing clients.
- Responsible for the analysis of prospective client data and creation of the CLSNet analysis report to support further client adoption
- Ownership of the members quarterly strategic deck creation and process including liaising with relevant internal stakeholders to collate data inputs. In time, expected to provide ideation into the direction of the reporting.
- Opportunity to build out client facing materials other than those noted in order to facilitate product growth.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong analytical capabilities, and ability to represent data and produce in depth reports to benefit Client Engagement in targeting and broadening product usage and ecosystem initiatives and to support the wider organization
- Prior experience and knowledge of the FX market (2 years minimum)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including attention to detail, and high standards for work product.
- Strong excel and powerpoint skills
- Strong collaboration and partnership approach
- Understanding of the sales process
- Good relationship management skills
- Ability to successfully collaborate across teams and geographies
- Ability to proactively produce solution focused data reports
