What You'll Do:

• Provide a thorough consultation to assess your guest’s ideal image, evaluating face shape, hair texture, and at-home maintenance preferences.
• Perform individualized services to achieve the guest’s ideal cut or style using cutting and styling techniques and products.
• Educate your guests on achieving their look at home using the salon’s product lines and recommended styling techniques.
• Build relationships with guests and make pre-booking recommendations to attain guest retention.
• Continuously grow your technical skills and compensation through our level system, focusing on continuing education, guest retention, and delivery of at-home care recommendations.

What We're Looking For:

• State of Michigan Cosmetology License
• Charismatic, approachable personality with a passion for hair design
• Personal drive to advance your skills and career
• Experience working with Aveda cutting and styling techniques and products is a plus
