An Enterprise client is looking for a Senior FinTech Commercial Lead to drive their US market expansion. In this high-impact role, you will shape and execute the company’s US FinTech and Payments growth strategy, lead commercial initiatives, and develop and scale strategic partnerships.
You’ll work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance, optimize, and expand payment solutions—driving growth and delivering value in the US market.
Job Description:Enhance the US FinTech Strategy
Collaborate on developing and executing a comprehensive US market strategy, with a focus on market sizing, cost-efficiency, revenue growth, and go-to-market execution.Drive Cost Savings & P&L Impact
Lead initiatives that deliver incremental revenue and cost optimization (e.g., commercial deals, acceptance, fraud reduction, and chargeback management) to strengthen US market performance.Unlock Value Beyond Payments
Identify and negotiate opportunities that create value across client departments—through marketing, sponsorships, distribution, data insights, and more—particularly with key partners such as Visa.Align Stakeholders
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, Operations, Fraud, Treasury, FP&A, etc.) to drive alignment and ensure seamless execution of priorities.Deliver Executive Communication
Prepare clear and actionable executive summaries, persuasive business cases, and US performance updates. Translate complex payment solutions into simple, engaging visuals to secure leadership alignment on strategic initiatives.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Strategy, Commercial Partnerships, or Business Development, ideally within FinTech or adjacent technology sectors.
- Proven track record working across pay-in and pay-out flows for large merchants—critical for success in this position.
- Strong focus on shaping and executing the US payments strategy and go-to-market (GTM) efforts.
- Experience in distribution and loyalty programs is highly valuable, as it is a key component of the role.
- Ability to take a hands-on approach to enhance and execute FinTech commercial initiatives.
- Background in corporate business development/strategy and/or experience at a top consulting firm preferred.
- Highly motivated to drive growth, create impact, and commit long-term.
- Experience at startup-like FinTech companies s a strong plus.
Fully remote role
Compensation: up to $140–$143 per hour.
