Your role
We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Global Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program.
You’ll get to:
• track and analyze Business Unit-wide sales performance metrics, identifying key trends and patterns and translating them into meaningful actionable insights
• assist in the distribution of EMEA sales initiatives and successes, supporting our sales communication process
• stay on top of market developments and products and actively incorporate feedback from market sales managers and front staff
• collaborate with strategic partners such as Chief Investment Office, Product Specialists, CIS, Finance etc., to drive the execution of EMEA’s top priorities
• manage recurring and ad-hoc tasks effectively
• build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy, while learning about how we operate to effectively meet the needs of our clients
• develop professionally by establishing a network of mentors and business contacts we believe are some of the best in the business
• attend educational events led by senior leaders that provide extensive exposure and insight into the business

Your team
In this role in Central Sales Management you will actively monitor our key sales KPIs to support management decision-making and participate in the central governance and tracking of sales initiatives and focuses. You will support the sales communication pitches to senior management and gain hands-on experience on strategic topics. You will engage with a variety of stakeholders across functions and build your network and know-how across all areas of Wealth Management.
Your expertise
• has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
• has excellent English (written and oral) and is an excellent communicator with strong presentation skills
• has ability to develop and deliver structured, impactful presentations tailored to diverse audiences
• is a solution-oriented thinker with the ability to condense complexity into actionable proposals
• is highly analytical with a natural affinity for figures
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
