- Stay sharp. Monitor competitors, analyze market trends, and sniff out opportunities like a seasoned FMCG sales rep on a Monday morning.
- Deliver results. Hit your numbers, report your pipeline, and do it all with swagger.
- 2–4 years in software sales / business development. You’ve closed deals, lost a few, and learned a ton.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or enterprise SaaS is gold. Bonus points for understanding how sales run in FMCG/CPG companies.
- A true self-starter. You don’t wait for instructions - you make things happen.
- Strong with people. You influence CXOs and win over field reps with equal ease.
- Prepared to travel across regions to build business and relationships.
