Are you looking to use your Talent Acquisition skills in a values driven organisation that makes a difference to people's lives?

We have a full-time permanent position based in Northbridge for an outstanding Talent Acquisition Consultant (TAC) to use proactive hiring methods to build sustainable and diverse talent pipelines for key roles.

As Talent Acquisition Consultant you will be tasked with delivering on end to end recruitment of a broad range of Social and Community Services roles across WA/NT and SA territory. Flexible / Hybrid WFH conditions apply.

The key focus of the role will be to:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle. Sourcing and talent pipelining
  • Support hiring managers in recruitment activity, understanding their business needs and role requirements
  • Develop and execute innovative inclusive sourcing strategies to attract a diverse range of candidates, including rural and remote locations
  • Establish a strong candidate experience to ensure a positive recruitment and on-boarding experience for all candidates
  • Define and align hiring strategy with business requirement

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong recruiting background in Social and Community Services
  • Proven passive recruiting experience either in an agency or recruitment outsourcing environment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Workday experience desirable
  • NFP experience highly regarded
