We’re based on the Gold Coast and help protect small to mid-sized businesses from cyberattacks, as well as support them in recovering from cyber incidents.
This is a casual position with the option to transition to a permanent role for the right candidate. Ideally, you’ll be available 5 days per week and ready to take ownership of projects that make a real difference.

About the role
- Coordinate and manage data mining projects from start to finish.
- Act as the main point of contact for project updates and client communication.
- Organise workflows, set priorities, and delegate tasks effectively.
- Monitor progress, maintain quality standards, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide daily team briefings and support with onboarding for new projects.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Foster a positive, high-performing team culture.
About you
You’re a natural coordinator who loves bringing order to complexity. You’re proactive, calm under pressure, and have a knack for spotting details others might miss.
Skills & Expertise:
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience in project coordination or team leadership.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to motivate and support a team.
- Comfortable working with data and learning new systems (training provided).
- Must have a typing speed of at least 50wpm - touch typing is a must.
- A positive, solutions-focused mindset.
