Responsible for ensuring accuracy, reliability and regulatory compliance of laboratory testing processes.  Develop and implement Quality Management System such as creating and maintaining SOP, QC program and other documentation to ensure consistent and high-quality testing.  Monitor and assess laboratory performance. Ensure regulatory compliance and conduct audits and investigation and implement corrective action.  Manage Proficiency Testing, manage method validation and provide training and education to staff.  Maintain accurate documentation and records and promote a culture of Quality and Safety.
