Job Summary:
High Country Community Health is seeking a creative, organized, and data-driven Marketing
Manager to support and execute our growing marketing and communications efforts. This role
will be responsible for managing our digital presence, designing and producing promotional
materials, supporting strategic campaigns, and contributing to our brand’s continued growth
across departments and locations.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
-Social Media Management
-Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms
-Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain consistent
brand voice
-Track performance and adjust strategy based on analytics
-Website Management
-Maintain and update website content
-Collaborate with web developers and departments to ensure accuracy and
functionality
-Optimize user experience and accessibility
-Promotional Material Development
-Design flyers, brochures, signage, and other branded collateral
-Support internal departments with print and digital design needs
-Ensure all materials align with brand standards
-Campaign Strategy & Execution
-Assist in developing marketing campaigns based on organizational growth and
departmental goals
-Coordinate messaging, timelines, and delivery across platforms
-Photography & Videography
-Capture, edit, and organize visual content for use in marketing materials and
campaigns
-Coordinate media coverage of events and special initiatives
-Analytics & Reporting
-Track and interpret analytics from social media platforms, website traffic, and
campaign performance
-Provide regular reporting to inform marketing strategy and improve results.
-Work with multiple departments including Human Resources, Operations,
Clinical teams, and C-Suite to ensure that needed marketing coverage is on-time
and accurate.
-All other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
-2+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role OR combination of
education and experience.
-Proficiency in social media platforms, website CMS (e.g., WordPress), and design tools
(e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
-Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
-Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with photography and video editing software.
-Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO best practices, and email marketing tools
-Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Work Environment:
Office settings with some outdoor work that may expose the employee to
weather or other environmental conditions.
Mental/Physical Requirements: Involves standing, sitting, walking, bending, stooping, and
twisting.
Training Requirements:
Patient Centered Medical Home Orientation
Supervisory Relationships: Reports to the Director of Communications and Marketing
Work Location: Administration Office
Travel Requirements: Frequent travel as needed or assigned by supervisor.
Work Hours:
Full-time: 40 hours per week. Non-exempt/hourly
