 What You'll Do:

The Senior Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the execution of integrated marketing communications across loyalty programs, digital campaigns, social media, public relations, and franchisee support. This role serves as the company’s CRM and digital marketing expert, ensuring all campaigns align with business objectives, drive customer engagement, and deliver measurable results. The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing, cross-functional teams, agency partners, and franchisees to develop and implement strategies that strengthen the brand and fuel growth.

  1. Act as the company’s CRM and loyalty marketing expert, overseeing Paytronix for loyalty programs and online ordering.
  2. Create and optimize campaigns to drive frequency, retention, and sales.
  3. Troubleshoot platform issues and resolve customer complaints, including loyalty point redemption and delivery-related challenges, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  4. Partner with the Director of Marketing to develop digital marketing strategies that support both corporate and franchisee business goals.
  5. Define KPIs, campaign goals, and target audiences in partnership with vendors.
  6. Oversee reporting and performance analysis, ensuring metrics are tracked and insights are shared with leadership.
  7. Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and the Social Media Coordinator to oversee social media strategy and ensure a strong corporate presence across brand and franchise accounts.
  8. Support creative projects—including photoshoots, video production, and branded content—by contributing to ideation, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the necessary steps are taken so that projects are scheduled, on track, and successfully executed in alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.
  9. Prepare presentations for leadership and franchise stakeholders, highlighting campaign ROI, customer insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  10. Write and distribute press releases to support brand awareness, store openings, expansions, and corporate initiatives.
  11. Ensure consistent storytelling and messaging across all customer-facing channels.
  12. Research and leverage local media opportunities to amplify brand positioning.

Things to Keep in Mind: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing communications experience, ideally in multi-unit or franchise environments.
  • Proven expertise in CRM/loyalty marketing and third-party delivery partners (experience with Paytronix and/or DoorDash a big plus).
  • Strong background in developing digital strategies and managing agencies/vendors.
  • Experience managing direct reports and leading high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Creative eye for content, including photography, video, and branded assets.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and experience troubleshooting customer-facing platform issues.
