As A Call Center Representative You Will:

• Provides professional customer service, and satisfactorily answers to customers queries and concerns
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
• Calls clients and customers to inform them about the company's new products, services and policies
• Researching required information using available resources
• Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
• Help to train new employees and inform them about the company's customer management policies
• Assisting in the sale of customer memberships
• Must have the ability to multitask
• Must have good communication skills 
• Must be willing to have flexible scheduling, nights and weekends availability
