NSF is seeking a visionary and execution-focused Global Talent Manager to architect and lead a dynamic leadership development portfolio that builds the capabilities of tomorrow’s leaders—today. This role is central to shaping our future workforce by designing and delivering innovative, scalable programs that accelerate leadership growth across all levels of the organization.

With a high degree of global influence and executive visibility, this role requires strategic agility, cultural intelligence, and the ability to translate future business needs into actionable talent strategies.

Responsibilities

Future-Focused Talent Strategy

  • Develop and execute a forward-looking leadership development strategy aligned with long-term business goals and workforce transformation.
  • Identify emerging leadership capabilities required for future success and embed them into development pathways.
  • Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to anticipate talent gaps and proactively build readiness across the pipeline.

Leadership Development Portfolio Design

  • Own and evolve a global portfolio of leadership programs tailored to early-career, mid-level, and senior leaders.
  • Design experiences that blend digital learning, coaching, immersive simulations, and strategic projects.
  • Ensure programs are inclusive, scalable, and adaptable across geographies and cultures.

Global Influence & Executive Engagement

  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders across regions to drive alignment and sponsorship of talent initiatives.
  • Present strategic plans, program outcomes, and talent insights to executive leadership with clarity and impact.
  • Serve as a thought partner to business leaders on succession planning, leadership readiness, and organizational capability.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, leadership research, and future-of-work insights to inform program design.
  • Pilot new approaches to talent development, including AI-enabled learning, experiential labs, and cross-functional accelerators.
  • Use feedback loops and data analytics to refine offerings and maximize impact.

Measurement & Impact

  • Define and track success metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and business alignment.
  • Leverage talent analytics to inform decisions and demonstrate ROI.
  • Create compelling narratives and dashboards for executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in leadership development, talent strategy, or organizational effectiveness.
  • Proven success in building future-focused leadership programs across global organizations.
  • High degree of global influence and ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments.
  • Comfortable presenting to and engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking, program design, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with talent analytics, learning technologies, and innovative development methodologies.
