Position Overview
The Senior Operations Manager will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and serve as the operational backbone for our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. This role will own and optimize our GTM technology stack, drive adoption of AI-enabled processes, and ensure data-driven decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in revenue operations, experience with AI tooling, and a proven track record of enabling frontline teams through scalable processes and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the GTM Tech Stack – Manage and optimize Salesforce, Salesloft, Orum, Clay, and other tools to keep our revenue engine running smoothly.
- Champion AI in Operations – Bring AI into our workflows for smarter forecasting, lead routing, and pipeline management.
- Drive Data Insights – Build dashboards and reporting that give leadership real-time clarity to make bold decisions.
- Empower GTM Teams – Create playbooks, automate workflows, and remove roadblocks so Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success can excel.
- Scale for Growth – Design systems and processes that grow with us, ensuring speed and efficiency as we expand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in GTM/revenue operations, business operations, or related functions, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in GTM systems (CRM, sales engagement, marketing automation, customer success platforms).
- Hands-on experience deploying AI tooling to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Proven track record in building dashboards, enforcing data governance, and enabling executive-level insights.
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
