Overview:

Sunday River is seeking an Owner Services Manager to serve as the primary liaison between property owners, guests, and the resort. This role ensures that our owner rental program runs smoothly, maintains strong relationships with owners, and supports maximum occupancy and revenue at the Grand Summit Hotel and Jordan Grand Hotel.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for property owners, fostering positive and professional relationships.
  • Administer the owner reservation and rental program, including owner usage, deposits, and booking adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate owner files, agreements, calendars, and rental histories.
  • Coordinate owner communications: newsletters, surveys, and updates on resort improvements.
  • Welcome and educate new owners on ownership benefits, property layouts, usage policies, and privileges.
  • Partner with internal teams (front desk, sales, accounting, groups/conference) to optimize unit availability and guest experience.
  • Support real estate with owner rental and usage history as needed.
  • Attend and actively participate in hotel annual meetings.
  • Manage RCI exchanges and bookings in the property management system (Springer Miller).
  • Provide feedback to management on owner and rental program needs.
  • Assist with on-property operations including housekeeping inspections, acting as a liaison with maintenance, and supporting front desk functions to ensure a seamless experience for owners and guests.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Prior hospitality or property management experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency with property management systems (Springer Miller knowledge a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism, flexibility, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
