Position Summary
We are seeking a caring, reliable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Nurse to join our dedicated team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative setting and is committed to providing high-quality care to students with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to students, including medication administration, monitoring health conditions, and responding to medical needs.
Collaborate with staff to ensure students’ health plans are followed and updated as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely health records and documentation.
Communicate effectively with families, staff, and medical professionals.
Support a safe and healthy environment by promoting wellness and hygiene practices.
Respond to health-related emergencies and follow established protocols.

Qualifications

Current Illinois RN license required.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a school/residential setting preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
CPR certification and must be able to pass a background check and meet all organizational requirements.
