Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Ability to read and write;
Knowledge of commercial food service equipment and proper food safety procedures preferred
Mental/Physical Demands:
Work under rigid time schedules
Standing for long periods of time
Able to lift 35 lbs. unassisted and 75 lbs. assisted
