Key Responsibilities

  • Lead IT operations, infrastructure, and security across the company
  • Oversee IT support processes, ensuring excellent service for internal teams
  • Manage Microsoft 365 environment, including security configurations and user administration
  • Drive identity and access management strategies with SSO platforms (Okta, Azure AD)
  • Define and enforce IT security policies, compliance, and risk management practices
  • Optimize IT processes through automation and best-practice implementations
  • Manage IT assets, procurement, and vendor relationships
  • Collaborate with leadership and departments to align IT initiatives with business needs
  • Mentor, lead, hire IT team members

Requirements

  • 5+ years in IT leadership or senior IT operations roles
  • Proven experience managing SSO platforms (Okta, Azure AD, or similar)
  • Solid expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and governance
  • Strong background in IT infrastructure (networks, cloud services, endpoint management)
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity, access management, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience in IT support management with service desk systems
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a distributed team
  • Fluent English, Russian communication skills

  • Experience with automation tools and process optimization
  • Familiarity with GDPR and international data protection regulations
