Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT operations, infrastructure, and security across the company
- Oversee IT support processes, ensuring excellent service for internal teams
- Manage Microsoft 365 environment, including security configurations and user administration
- Drive identity and access management strategies with SSO platforms (Okta, Azure AD)
- Define and enforce IT security policies, compliance, and risk management practices
- Optimize IT processes through automation and best-practice implementations
- Manage IT assets, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Collaborate with leadership and departments to align IT initiatives with business needs
- Mentor, lead, hire IT team members
Requirements
- 5+ years in IT leadership or senior IT operations roles
- Proven experience managing SSO platforms (Okta, Azure AD, or similar)
- Solid expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and governance
- Strong background in IT infrastructure (networks, cloud services, endpoint management)
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity, access management, and compliance frameworks
- Experience in IT support management with service desk systems
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a distributed team
- Fluent English, Russian communication skills
