- Advanced training preferred
- Two years secretarial or clerical experience preferred

- Proficiency in computer application use, data entry, and MS Office Suite word processing and spreadsheets.
- Strong organization skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with career and technical education programs and curriculum (a plus).
- Ability to accurately compose business correspondence and reports
- Ability to handle confidential material and information in accordance with district policy
- Ability to perform essential job functions and job task requirements
- Ability to maintain a pleasant and positive public relations image through telephone communications, assistance to individuals on a walk-in basis, and rapport with co-workers and commitment to promoting career and technical education opportunities for students.

Salary: Twelve months (234 days) per contract year and appropriate placement on the District Non-Certified Exempt Personnel Salary Schedule. The work calendar is subject to change based on any Board approved revisions that may or may not be Permanent.

| Conditions of Employment: Ability to comply with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 and, upon an offer of employment, complete an Employee’s Statement of Health and submit to a functional capacity evaluation at the District’s expense to determine ability to perform job-related functions and fitness for duty.
