Miebach Consulting is seeking a hands-on and adaptable Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist or generalist? to support our expanding workforce across the United States and Canada. This role offers a rare opportunity to grow your HR career within a fast-paced, global consulting environment.
You’ll lead full-cycle recruiting for consulting and corporate roles, enhance our employer brand, and serve as a key liaison between new hires and our internal teams. In parallel, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining HR data integrity, supporting KPI reporting, assisting with system enhancements in Rippling (our HRIS)
This is a dual-role ideal for someone who thrives on structure, takes initiative, and wants exposure across multiple HR domains.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across the US and Canada: job postings, sourcing, interviews, offers, and feedback.
- Organize and represent Miebach at campus recruiting events and career fairs, including coordination with schools and internal staff.
- Support employer branding initiatives: career page updates, social media input, and employee spotlight content.
- Coordinate onboarding processes, prepare Day 1 readiness materials, and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Partner with hiring managers to continuously improve the candidate and new hire experience.
HR Data, Systems & Compliance
- Maintain HR data and digital records in Rippling (HRIS) and internal systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Generate reports and KPI dashboards for hiring, retention, and workforce analytics.
- Assist in the rollout of new Rippling modules and workflows (e.g., time-off tracking, performance reviews).
- Liaise with Miebach’s third-party HR compliance partner to ensure labor law alignment, especially in areas like contracts, benefits, and required documentation for US and Canadian hires.
- Supports employees on issues, including but not limited to; benefits, payroll, and general policy and procedures
Ad-hoc Projects
- Support compensation benchmark projects, and internal documentation.
- Assist in coordinating performance management timelines and training logistics.
- Contribute to internal wellness, engagement related initiatives.
- Offer operational support for office-specific HR needs (e.g., immigration paperwork, internal systems access, etc.).
Your Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Recruiting; ideally with exposure to consulting or professional services environments.
- Demonstrated ability to assess individual potential and learning capacity, beyond just resume credentials.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
- Effective communicator able to collaborate with both junior and senior stakeholders.
- You’re organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—someone who can manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with Rippling or similar HR platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related disciplines
