BHN is currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to support our Community Service Agency (CSA) and Family-Based Intensive Treatment (FIT) teams.

What You’ll Do
As the Clinical Supervisor for CSA/FIT, you will provide both clinical and administrative supervision to multidisciplinary teams serving youth with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) and their families. You will oversee care planning, team performance, and program compliance to ensure high-quality, family-driven services.
- Lead and supervise FIT Clinicians and Outreach Workers through individual, dyadic, and group supervision
- Provide weekly team supervision with consulting psychiatrists and behavioral analysts
- Monitor and sign off on assessments, CANS, CRAFFT, and treatment plans
- Conduct case reviews every 30 days for enrolled youth
- Support training needs including crisis intervention and evidence-based practices
- Respond to supervisory on-call needs and provide support during family crises
- Collaborate with providers, agencies, and community partners to coordinate services and plan discharges
- Ensure staff compliance with documentation, deadlines, and program standards
- Provide direct service to youth and families as needed
Who You Are
- Master’s degree in a mental health-related field required
- Independent licensure in MA (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) required
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in behavioral health required
- Minimum 3 years of experience providing services to youth and families
- Certified in CANS-MA (or willing to certify upon hire)
- Skilled in clinical supervision, facilitation, and conflict resolution
- Proficient in technology, including electronic health records and documentation systems
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Able to manage flexible schedules and provide after-hours support as needed
