Traffic Inventory Clerk at BMW Coconut Creek at Morgan Auto Group

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage all incoming and outgoing vehicles.
• Assist in merchandising and phot standards for online platforms.
• Ensure accurate date in inventory management and dealership systems (DMS).
• Maintain up to date records on vehicle status, including reconditioning, inspection, and lot management.
• Work with sales team to ensure proper vehicle availability and timely updates to online listing.
• Conduct regular lot audits to verify physical inventory vs. system reports.
• Collaborate with the service department to track reconditioning timelines.

Qualifications:

• Computer proficient
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be 18 years of age
• Excellent communications skills
• Team player with a great attitude
