SITECH is looking for an Operations Coordinator to own and be responsible for supporting the SITECH team by handling inventory, controlling stocking levels, ordering parts, creating counter sales tickets, and other duties related to store operations. What You’ll Do
- Work with Salesmen and the Sales Production Manager to determine product levels for inventory
- Process counter sales and operational administrative duties
- Point of Contact for internal SITECH team for billing and inventory demand
- Monitor and recommend improvements in existing and new processes
- Learn and manage parts inventory, rental contracts, parts documents, and sales agreements
Requirements
What You’ll Need
- Experience in inventory management
- Ability to manage parts inventory and accurately manage locations of assets in the warehouse
- Ability to follow and develop processes to make more effective inventory management decisions
- Be positive and responsive to walk-in and call-in customers
- Handle customer issues by directing them to the salesman or technical support manager so we insure positive outcomes.
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Very effective communication skills – both verbal and written
