Are you great at helping people and staying organized in a fast-paced environment? Long-Lewis of Tuscumbia is looking for a qualified and motivated Service Advisor to be the main liaison between our customers and technicians. You'll help diagnose vehicle concerns, explain service options, and keep customers informed every step of the way.
This role is all about clear communication, building trust, and making sure every customer has a smooth and positive service experience.
Job Description:
Be the main point of contact for customers in the service department
Understand and clearly explain vehicle concerns and service needs
Keep customers updated on repair progress, costs, and timelines
Recommend necessary repairs and routine maintenance with confidence
Work closely with technicians to ensure the job gets done right
Focus on delivering excellent customer service and building long-term relationships
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of experience in a dealership or busy service center
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Basic automotive knowledge (GM/Chevrolet experience is a plus!)
A professional, positive attitude and a team-player mindset
