What You Do
- Crafts the foundation of the frame.
- Uses manual tools to clip, tie and/or staple the foundation of the frame piece.
- Completes knot-knot or slip-knot technique to secure foundation of the frame piece.
- Reads production work order to ensure piece is made to specification.
- Maintains a clear and organized work area.
- Completes repairs.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Furniture and/or Upholstery manufacturing experience required.
- Knowledge of woodworking, frame and spring up assembly.
- Ability to accurately read measurements.
- Communication proficiency.
- Time Management Skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use hand truck/dolly.
- Good attendance and demonstrated work ethic required.
