Job Description:

As an Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, tasked with cultivating and nurturing relationships while achieving sales and profitability targets. You'll collaborate closely with our internal teams, influencing the evolution of our programs and products to stay ahead of the curve in a dynamic industry. Responsibilities:

  • Provides consultative guidance and leadership for our cherished customers, embodying Darwill's core values with every interaction.
  • Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships across assigned regions, dealerships, and internal teams.
  • Take the helm in strategic planning, seamless execution, and sales through Darwill's cutting-edge automated systems and offline channels.
  • Embrace the challenge of making over 50 calls a day, seeing each conversation as an opportunity to forge connections and drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Lead the charge in customer discovery meetings, weaving together insights and recommendations.
  • Prospect for new accounts while fortifying current customer relationships.
  • Set your sights high and soar beyond monthly individual and team goals.
  • Embrace the adventure of traveling to customers and trade shows, seizing every opportunity to showcase Darwill's innovation and dedication to customer success.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of inside sales experience, direct marketing experience, OR Customer Service
  • Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent.
  • Works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • An understanding of data management processes and previous automotive client service is a plus.
  • Exceptional knowledge of SalesForce and Basecamp experience is a plus.
  • Outstanding presentation skills.
  • Demonstrates organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to diffuse conflict within challenging environments both with clients and internal operations.
  • Desire to learn new technologies, methodologies, and approaches.
  • Willingness to travel a few times a month.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field with 2+ year of experience. Or a commensurate combination of education and work experience in the print, direct mail, direct marketing, advertising, or business services related industry.
