Job Description:Working the front window of the Enrollment Center for Student Financial Services:
- Assisting students/parents with questions
- Intaking financial documents
- Processing payments
- Opening/Closing duties
- Additional projects as needed
Answering the phone for Student Financial Services:
- Assisting students/parents with questions
- Returning voicemail messages
- Accurately triaging calls to Student Financial Service specialists when needed
- Additional projects as needed
Student Financial Services. Location: Enrollment Center, Sverdrup Hall
Scheduling & Hours
- Average 5-10 hours/week
- Office/Scheduled Hours occur within 9:45am-4:15pm Monday through Friday, weekly.
Work-study eligible students welcome.
Compensation and Benefits
- Rate of Pay: $15.97/hour
- Minnesota Sick and Safe Time
- Not eligible for health insurance benefits
- Students must be currently enrolled at Augsburg and must be work-study eligible.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior Customer Service experience preferred
- Good communication skills; must be good with people/outgoing/work well with others
- Adaptable and open-minded
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- Sedentary work for long periods.
- Regular phone and computer use.
- The typical work environment is a shared office suite.
