We are seeking an Eligibility & Enrollment (E&E) Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Medicaid and State Based Exchanges  with these same qualities to provide instructional and program design expertise for the development and support of new system learning courses delivered via independent learning methods and instructor-led classes in providing unique solutions to our clients.

Must be eligible to work in the United States. No sponsorships are available currently.

  


Requirements

 Experience needed includes:

  • Knowledge of the ACA, Medicaid E&E and prior work related to the State Exchanges involving implementation and modernization of the Exchange systems.
  • NYS Medicaid Program based knowledge is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Medicaid program, E&E. NY based knowledge is preferred.
  • Experience with procurement development is preferred.
  • Experience eliciting and documenting Functional and non-Functional requirements.
    1. Travel: 50-80% in Albany, NY
    2. Time commitment: at least 75% availability
    3. Tentative start date: July/August 2025
    4. Project duration: 10-12 months
