Position Summary:
The role of the Field Coordinator is to support our field department by handling proofs of service and various duties in relation to our field team as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish a strong working relationship with our clients and team members
- Inform the Supervisor of any problems while in the field
- Generate, process and upload proofs of service.
- E-Mail the proofs to our clients as required.
- Taking responsibility for high-value or confidential items
- Maintain the field dashboard daily.
- Filling out paperwork about completed deliveries.
Job Qualifications:
- High School graduate or GED equivalent
- Be willing to work overtime and over the weekends at times if needed.
Schedule/Location:
- In Office: Oakland, CA
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
