Job Overview:The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for distribution management, namely closely monitoring third-party distribution company activities, transportation and warehousing of goods. The Analyst processes orders and oversees the cycle of order fulfilment. Responsible for making sure supplies, stock, materials, packages, and/or products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely. The Analyst would also support the execution control strategy of Acrotech’s portfolio. This includes working with suppliers, contract manufacturers, carrier and distribution providers, etc. Additionally, the Analyst might be responsible for the ongoing commercial supply chain network to include contract manufacturing, raw material suppliers and packaging vendors. How the Senior Supply Chain Analyst does their job is just as important as on-time delivery and the expectation is to will adhere to Acrotech compliance, promotional and regulatory guidelines as outlined in our new hire on-boarding and additional training throughout their career.

Responsibilities:- Supervise third party distribution company activities
- Responsible for managing State Licenses & other commercial licenses, as required for commercial operations of the organization
- Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another, by arranging transportation, schedule resources and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand without delay
- Follow up with third party CMOs and get the inventory reports on monthly basis, perform reconciliation. Forward to all stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Ex-USA partners, provide shipping support, and keep track of all shipments every month.
- Make sure third-party distribution systems are up and running
- Ensure DSCSA compliance
- Translates leadership plan into actionable tasks of supply chain resources
- Takes proactive steps to avoid quality control issues
- Makes sure network capacity and inventory levels are kept at optimal levels
- Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
- Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible
- Streamlines shipping and transportation processes
- Be a team player as evidenced by regular communication cross functional departments to provide shared learnings and other appropriate information
- Successful administrative skills to support timely submission of required information such as receipt-to-promise, end-to-end inventory reports & analysis, issues resolution report, etc.
- On-time manufacturing and delivery of trade and sample products to the 3PL distributor and sales reps, avoids product stock-outs, and always ensure sufficient safety stock inventory.
- Support the team on technical inputs, to partner with Quality on the documentation systems, as owner of vendor related deviations, complaints, changes, CAPA etc, and drive these to closure.
- Promotes supply chain practices with respect to efficiency. Meets or exceeds Supply Chain performance objectives
- Build a rapport and manage alliances with internal customers and stakeholders such as Local Business Unit Heads, Business Development, Legal, Finance, Quality, Technical operations Procurement, Regulatory, Distribution and Logistics
- Problem-solving skills, decision making ability, organizational skills, a procedural mindset and the ability to prioritize a must
- Understanding of quality management principles
- Attention to detail, ability to analyze data and understand connections. Demonstrated experience of identifying opportunities for process improvement drawn from these connections
- Ability to work within the matrix

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Two-year degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred, Experience often may substitute for education
- Experience in logistics and the pharmaceutical industry preferred
