SEWS — El Paso, Texas Office.Although located at SEWS – El Paso Office, this is a Hybrid position, which combines both in office and off-site work.Associates are required to work at least three days in the office each week, but also have the flexibility to work off-site.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform systems and software analysis, development, implementation and administration based on system users requirements to enhance overall company performance.
Plan, design, develop, and release new system versions.
Conduct studies, analyze test data and debug new and modified computer programs and applications.
Train system users on all major changes made to the applications that support the related area of the business.
Answer customer inquiries covering systems operation; diagnose system hardware, software and operations problems, and recommend or perform remedial actions to correct problems.
Manage multiple projects of the business with information systems resources
Act as the representative of Information Systems on various committees.
Act as Business Analyst and work closely with outsourcing companies to ensure development is aligned with requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree along with 5 - 7 years’ experience in developing client-server applications.
Detailed knowledge of database development, application development, and systems architecture.
Detailed knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization.
Detailed knowledge of cloud systems architecture.
Experience with cloud infrastructure.
Experience with git repositories.
Experience with Azure DevOps.
Manufacturing Experience is a plus.
Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus.
