Job Summary
Under the direction of an Assistant Superintendent, perform a variety of highly responsible and complex secretarial and administrative assistant duties to relieve the administrator of a variety of administrative details; compile information and prepare and maintain a variety of complex records, files and reports; plan, coordinate and organize office activities and coordinate flow of communications, correspondence and information for the Assistant Superintendent.

Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school supplemented by college-level course work in secretarial science, business or related field and four years secretarial or administrative assistant experience.
Salary Info
Short-term hourly rate $26.38 - $32.19/hr DOE
Comments and Other Information
*The hours of this position will be: 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Monday-Friday*
All employment with the Tuolumne County Superintendent of Schools is contingent upon successful completion of all pre-employment requirements which includes but is not limited to fingerprinting, physical exam, and verification of negative tuberculosis.
