Overview
St. John Neumann Catholic High School in Naples, Florida is seeking a full-time Custodian. This position will be assisting Maintenance Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities
- Collect and dispose of trash on school premises.
- Vacuum carpeted areas.
- Mop all hard floors.
- Clean and disinfect restroom (mirrors, commodes, sinks, floors, urinals).
- Periodic window washing
- Sweep cafeteria area and bleacher area
- Projects will include indoor and outdoor physical labor
- Follows local, state, and OSHA regulations
- Adheres to proper cleaning methods, storage, and proper care of equipment and supplies
- Takes all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities
- Attends in-service training to develop and improve knowledge and skills of building service work
- Complies with and supports school regulations and policies
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Administration
