This role is a key member of the Finance team and will be actively involved in supporting management with analysis, trends and strategic initiatives. You will lead key projects and help analyze complex business situations to help drive growth and performance.

What you will do:

  • Support all aspects of financial reporting, including accuracy and efficiency of closing, forecasting, strategic and budget cycles.

  • Support finance teams with analytics: rebates, profitability and segment profiles

  • Analyze financial data, summarize, and can provide a concise and meaningful narrative of any discrepancies

  • Help drive revenue analysis and reporting of operating spend and efficiencies

  • Trusted business partner to gain detailed knowledge of the business, ability to translate key data.

  • Support the quarterly forecasting and annual budget process driving continuous improvement to advance forecast accuracy and overall business margins.

  • Update financial daily and weekly reports, complete special projects, and analysis as requested.

  • Support month end reporting process

  • Completing Ad Hoc requests.

Qualifications:

  • Financial analysis experience in a manufacturing/auditing environment is strongly preferred

  • Advanced skills in Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, etc.), Strong MS Office skills including Word and PowerPoint – SQL or Power BI experience a plus

  • Financial ERP -Microsoft AX/365 Preferred (intermediate level). Salesforce, and/or Hyperion a plus

  • Experience with Data Warehouses (Ex. Snowflake)

  • Bachelor’s degree (Finance or Accounting preferred)

  • Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis; background in Accounting and/or Finance

     

  • Flexibility and adaptability with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

The base compensation range for this position is $75K to $85K per annum. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon numerous factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
