Reports To:                Department Management, following the direction of the Team Leader

SHIFT/HOURS:         12-hour rotating 2-2-3 work schedule. 1^st shift starts at 7 am- until 7 pm 

Pay Rate:                     $21.44 per hour, with the ability to earn more 

 We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finishing Saw Operator to join our team. As a Finishing Saw Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining precision saws and other finishing equipment to cut aluminum materials according to specific measurements and specifications. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with other operators and production staff to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety protocols and company policies. What You Will Be Responsible For:

• Operate saw machinery to cut materials according to specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure accurate and efficient cutting.
• Inspect finished cuts for quality assurance and make any necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete tasks within designated timelines.
• Perform routine maintenance on saw machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, always following safety protocols.
• Complete production reports and maintain accurate records of materials used and projects completed.

What You Will Need:

• High School diploma or GED. 
• Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
