Overview:The Referral Representative, under minimal supervision, provides referral and clerical support to WPP ENT - Garner. Understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission, values, and management of WPP ENT - Garner. Provides informational assistance to referring physicians, patients, various healthcare organizations and staff in support of the effective promotion of services provided by WPP ENT - Garner. The Referral Representative is part of a multifunctional team charged with the responsibility of providing efficient and professional access to the center.Department Description:
