Job Description

1    Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across departments/Sites to drive project success and operational improvements.
2    Work on multiple projects simultaneously, reporting to different project leaders based on assignment and Project needs.
3    Demonstrate flexibility in work location, with the ability to relocate or stay at various sites as per project requirements.
4    Adapt quickly to changing priorities by transitioning between projects as needed, ensuring continuity and alignment with organizational goals.
5    Support project leaders in planning, execution, and monitoring of initiatives, contributing to timely delivery and quality outcomes.
6    Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency across all project phases.
7    Exhibit a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

The Candidate should be passed out from IIM Mumbai / SP Jain / Symbiosis.
