The expected pay range for this position is $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 USD annually, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts, with a particular focus on sourcing and hiring top-tier talent for Workday-related roles. This role requires a deep understanding of the Workday ecosystem and the ability to identify and attract candidates who can contribute to our mission of transforming consulting into long-lasting partnerships.

This is a hybrid position, with regular in-office presence required at our Southlake, TX headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent for Workday-related positions, including Workday HCM, Financials, Payroll, Adaptive Planning, Extend, and Prism Analytics.

  • Leverage Workday Recruiting to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions, interview processes, and selection criteria.

  • Actively engage in career fairs and university recruiting events to promote Makse Group to recent graduates, while staying informed on emerging talent trends and campus hiring best practices.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives.

  • Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions to optimize hiring processes.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly within the Workday ecosystem.

  • Actively use LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms to source talent.

  • Support and guide the global recruiting team by helping set goals, offering regular coaching, and ensuring everyone stays aligned with hiring needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced education or certifications in talent acquisition or related areas are a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for Workday roles.

  • Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms to source, engage, and manage candidates effectively.

  • Proficiency in Workday Recruiting is highly desirable.

  • Strong understanding of the Workday ecosystem and the various modules and functionalities.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with recruitment metrics and reporting.
