Job Title: Creative Services Account Coordinator
Purpose: To coordinate the flow of artwork between departments and ensure customer and plant specifications are met.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and write up new and revised artwork for Flexible Packaging printing plants
- Communicate and coordinate artwork between Internal Departments, Customers or Vendors, and Artists
- Enter jobs into order entry systems (s) or other databases (s)
- Basic knowledge of JDE to obtain the information needed to process art
- Research and communicate information, specifications, and materials required for graphics orders
- Provide artists or vendors with clear direction and special instructions for projects
- Coordinate timelines, approvals, data transfers, asset management, and QC materials for each job
- Follow up with internal departments to help ensure that jobs meet proof dates
- Ensure art billing is correct before final billing of artwork
- Consistently meet acceptable standards of quality and quantity
- Contribute to department and corporate goals
- Demonstrate a teamwork attitude
- Maintain housekeeping
Qualifications:
- Degree in Graphic Arts or Flexo Printing Technology or equivalent work experience is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of Flexo printing preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented, and task-focused
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with Mac OS and Windows along with associated software
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat Suite
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
- Ability to identify and analyze a problem
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to pass a Color vision test within normal limits
- Visual acuity of at least 20/50 for distance (corrected or uncorrected) and a minimal near vision ability to read 10 –12-point font at 12-18 i
