What this role looks like: 


Plan and execute a variety of internal and external events aimed at enhancing engagement with our members, business partners, employees and the local community. Help further the credit union's competitive position, consistent with its mission statement, within the markets served. Under the supervision of the AVP of Marketing, oversee the development and implementation of events, sponsorships, donations, and volunteer opportunities. Cultivate relationships and represent the public relations interests of the credit union to ensure Envista's presence and support are strongly felt in our communities.

 

What you'll do: 

  • Lead the tactical execution and oversight of all internal and external events and partnerships. Develop and manage budgets for each event and oversee expenses to ensure budget allocations are met. Collaborate with marketing, vendors, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure all deliverables meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • Establish and nurture valuable relationships with community partners and non-profit organizations to foster mutual growth and support. Maintain and develop corporate partnerships and sponsorships, effectively representing Envista at sponsored events.
  • Collects sponsorship requests for decision. Manages contract renewals and negotiations, oversees communication with sponsors, and aligns business and market needs. 
  • Identify and coordinate volunteer opportunities for staff that align with Envista. Track volunteer hours and successes of each event, including attendance and media engagement.
  • Assists departments with their marketing needs for project management efforts in alignment with the brand standards and serving as guidance to requests. 
  • Represent Envista at events to build relationships and externally sell Envista. 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience: 

  • Three to five years of similar or related experience (preferred)
  • a two-year college degree, or completion of specialized certification, or job-specific skills acquired through applicable experience. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
